Reset Password Disk Creation

First of all, Press the “Win” key and the alphabet “F” key at once in your computer. A search page will open up. Move to the settings segment. Then search for the user accounts by typing the words – ‘User accounts’ in the search box. Choose the first search result. It will navigate to the old control panel which has the User Accounts.

Here you will find a link to create the reset password disk. Click on the link. A wizard will pop up. Insert a USB into the USD drive and then click on the next tab. In the next screen, select the USB in which you desire to have the password reset option set on. Click on the next tab to proceed. In the next screen which appears, you will be asked to enter your existing Windows 8 password.

After you have entered the password, click on the next tab to proceed. Now, the wizard will indicate that your reset password disk has been successfully created. Be sure to save the disk in a safe place. In the event if it falls into wrong hands, anyone can reset the password in your Windows 8 operating system and gain access to your computer.
