Setting the Applied Style Set As Default
If you come to know that the above selected style set is to be used in all the documents of the new project, it is good to set it as the default style so that you don’t have to set it again and again for each new document. For specifying it as default, select Change Styles –> Set as Default. Now, when you create a new document, the same line spacing style will be applied to it without your intervention.
Modifying The Line Spacing in Some Sections
At times, there might be a need to set a different line spacing for some sections in the document. In this case, select the text whose line spacing needs to be changed, click the Line Spacing drop-down button in the Paragraph group of the Home tab, and select the desired spacing. Restoring the Default Line Spacing
